A Partner Who Shows Up
If you are managing a build, you know the reality. Time is money. When one trade is late, the whole schedule falls apart. You can’t pour the slab until the plumbing is inspected. You can’t close the walls until the rough-in is done.
You don’t need a new construction plumber who makes excuses. You need one who makes progress.
At On Tap Plumbing, we understand the pressure of construction timelines. We are a technician-led team. We know how to read prints, coordinate with other trades, and get our inspections passed on the first try.
We bring our “Warehouse on Wheels” approach to the job site. We arrive stocked with the fittings and pipes we need so we don’t waste hours running to the supply house. We show up. We do the work. We keep your project on track.
Our New Plumbing Construction Process
We handle projects of all sizes. We have the manpower for commercial new construction plumbing and the attention to detail for residential new construction plumbing.
We break the job down into three critical phases to guarantee quality at every step.
- Phase 1: Underground Rough-In
Before the foundation is poured, we are there. We install the main sewer and water lines. In our region, we have to deal with heavy red clay soil. We know how to bed and protect these pipes so they don’t shift or break when the ground settles years from now.
- Phase 2: Above-Ground Rough-In
Once the framing is up, we return to run the water supply lines, drain pipes, and vent stacks inside the walls. We work cleanly to make it easy for the electricians and HVAC crews who come in after us. We pressure test everything to verify there are absolutely no leaks before the drywall goes up.
- Phase 3: Final Trim-Out
This is where the vision comes to life. After the paint and tile are done, we return to install toilets, sinks, showers, and water heaters. We follow strict “Showroom Cleanliness” standards during this phase. We wear shoe covers and use mats to protect your brand-new floors.
Why Hire On Tap Plumbing?
There are plenty of plumbing contractors new construction crews out there. But we offer a different level of service.
- We Know the Code: We stay updated on all local building codes. We handle the permitting process and walk through the inspections with the officials.
- We Are Flexible: Changes happen. If you decide to move a sink or add a pot filler halfway through the framing, we adapt quickly to make it work.
- We Are Local: We aren't a crew from three hours away who will disappear once the job is done. We are your neighbors. If you need a warranty repair six months after moving in, we will be there.
Maintenance Plan
Once the building is handed over to the owner, the plumbing needs to be maintained. We offer maintenance plans that new homeowners or building managers can sign up for immediately. It protects the new system and keeps everything running like new.
Special Offers and Discounts
Building is expensive. We try to help where we can. We offer competitive bidding for new construction plumbing contractors. We also extend our 10% discount to military members, teachers, and first responders who are building their dream homes.
Financing Options
If you are an owner-builder and the project budget is getting tight, we can help. We offer financing options through Housecall Pro for specific system upgrades, like opting for a high-efficiency tankless water heater instead of a standard tank.
Certifications and Awards
We don’t just say we are experts. We have the credentials.
