The "Band-Aid" Approach isn't Working

It starts with a small wet spot on the ceiling. You fix it. You paint over it. Six months later, another wet spot appears three feet away.

If you are dealing with old galvanized steel (rusting from the inside) or polybutylene (the grey pipe that gets brittle), fixing individual leaks is throwing money away. You are just waiting for the next disaster.

At On Tap Plumbing, we stop the cycle. A whole-home repipe replaces the failing “veins” of your house with modern, durable materials. It improves your water pressure, cleans up your water quality, and stops the leaks permanently.

We Are Surgeons, Not a Demolition Crew

Homeowners are terrified of repiping because they imagine their house being torn apart.

We don’t work that way. We treat your repiping project like surgery. We make small, strategic access cuts in the drywall. We use flexible PEX piping that we can fish through walls and ceilings like a wire, minimizing the damage to your home.

We cover your furniture. We put down floor protection. Our “Showroom Cleanliness” policy means we treat your home with total respect while we work.

Our Repiping Solutions

We assess your home and recommend the best material for your budget and needs.

PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) is the modern standard. It is flexible, resistant to freezing, and cheaper to install than copper because it requires fewer fittings. It is excellent for fishing through existing walls with minimal damage.

For those who prefer the gold standard, we install Type L copper. It is naturally bacteria-resistant and incredibly durable. While it costs more, it adds significant value to the property.

If your home was built between the late 70s and mid-90s, you might have “Poly-B” pipes. These are ticking time bombs known to burst without warning. We remove this risk entirely by replacing it with a reliable system.
