Not Just Another Plumbing Franchise

We are a small, locally owned business. When you call us, you are connecting with a team that lives right here in the community. We don’t have sales quotas to hit. We don’t have shareholders to please. Our only goal is to fix your plumbing issue and earn your trust for the next time.

Meet the Owner
On Tap Plumbing was founded by Justin Thomas. He is a native of Moore County who grew up in a family of tradesmen.
Justin learned early on that working with your hands is satisfying, humbling, and hard work. After spending several years in Wilmington, he knew it was time to come home. He wanted to build a business that served the community he grew up in.
He built this company with a specific vision: to create a technician-led business. This means the people running the show actually know how to turn a wrench. Justin is still active in daily operations, estimates, and customer service.
He is also a family man. He and his wife have three daughters—Tinlee Sage, Caisyn Lane, and Baylor Grey. This drives his commitment to treating every customer like family. When we enter your home, we treat it with the same care and safety we would want for our own.
