Don't Let the Pipes Ruin the Cabinets
A kitchen renovation is a massive puzzle. You have cabinet installers, countertop fabricators, and tile setters all working together.
If the plumber messes up the “rough-in” (where the pipes come out of the wall), your new drawers won’t close. If the drain height is wrong, your deep farmhouse sink won’t drain.
At On Tap Plumbing, we are the kitchen remodel contractors who understand precision. We work directly with your general contractor or designer to place every pipe within a fraction of an inch of the plan.
We treat our trucks like “Warehouses on Wheels.” We bring the specialized fittings, gas valves, and drain adapters needed to keep your project moving, so we don’t hold up the other trades.
Our Kitchen Remodeling Services
We handle the plumbing infrastructure for projects of all sizes.
- Sink Relocation & Islands
Want to move your sink to the island? That requires specific venting skills. Since we can’t hide a vent pipe in the ceiling of an island, we install loop vents or air admittance valves to keep the drain flowing safely.
- Luxury Kitchen Remodel Upgrades
High-end kitchens need high-end plumbing. We run the water lines for pot fillers (pasta arms) over the stove, install instant hot water dispensers, and hook up dedicated bar sinks.
- Gas Line Installation
Serious cooks prefer gas. If you are switching from an electric coil stove to a professional gas range, we size and install the gas piping. We pressure test the line to guarantee safety before you light the first burner.
- Kitchen Home Remodeling: Appliances
We handle the final connections for dishwashers, ice makers, and garbage disposals. We make sure the dishwasher air gap is correct so dirty water never backs up into your clean dishes.
Commercial Kitchen Upgrades
For restaurants, a working kitchen is money. We install grease traps, 3-compartment sinks, and commercial pre-rinse sprayers. We build systems that handle the heat and grease of a commercial environment.
Why Choose On Tap as Your Kitchen Remodelers?
- We Are Precise: We measure three times, cut once. We make sure our pipes fit perfectly inside your new cabinetry.
- We Are Clean: Renovations create dust. We don't add to it. We use shoe covers and floor protection to respect your home outside the construction zone.
- We Are Licensed: Gas work is dangerous if done wrong. You need a licensed pro to size the BTU load correctly
Maintenance Plan
Protect your new investment. Our maintenance plan includes checking your garbage disposal and angle stops (shut-off valves) annually to prevent leaks inside your new cabinets.
Special Offers and Discounts
Renovations add up fast. We help you save. We currently offer $25 Off Faucet or Fixture Replacement. We also extend a 10% discount to military members, teachers, and first responders.
Financing Options
A full kitchen remodel remodeling project is a big expense. If you want to add that pot filler or second sink but need to watch the budget, we offer flexible financing options through Housecall Pro.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I add a sink to my kitchen island?
Yes. It requires cutting the concrete (if on a slab) or moving pipes under the crawlspace. We specialize in these complex moves.
What is a pot filler?
It is a cold water faucet installed on the wall above your stove. It lets you fill big pots without carrying them from the sink. We can rough this in for you.
Do you install the cabinets?
No. We focus strictly on the plumbing and gas. We work alongside the carpenters who install the cabinets.
Why does my new farmhouse sink drain slowly?
These sinks are very deep, which lowers the drain pipe. If the wall pipe isn’t lowered to match, water sits in the line. We adjust the wall plumbing to fix this
Do I need a permit to move my sink?
Yes. Moving a fixture requires a permit to verify proper venting. We handle the paperwork for you.
